Mint in 2011 to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the American Eagle Silver Coin Program, this limited-edition set contains five one-ounce American Eagle Silver Coins in stunning proof, reverse proof, uncirculated and bullion qualities, minted by the Department of the Treasury, United States Mint facilities at West Point, San Francisco and Philadelphia. Each coin is struck from 1 troy oz.

The set comes with the original government packaging, including a certificate of authenticity. Struck in 1 troy ounce of 99.9% pure silver, this hefty American silver eagle bears the series' original designs. The obverse bears Adolph A. Weinman's beloved image of Liberty striding to greet the dawn of a new day. She wears a billowing gown of stars and stripes, and carries oak and laurel branches for military and civic glory.

John Mercanti's striking reverse shows a heraldic eagle under a triangle of 13 stars. Encircling the reverse are UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and 1 OZ. These sets were made in 2011 and are not brand new. Some of the coins are toned and there is mild damage to outside packaging.
